Would You Choose UGG as Your Wedding Shoes?

It’s a growing trend that more and more women are choosing comfort over style, and the trend is carrying over into wedding, too. What would you choose as your wedding shoes? You can buy wedding UGGs.

UGGs’ new collection contains two boots. According to UGG, the bridal footwear is, “sure to turn heads and stand out in a crowd whether walking down the aisle, during pre-wedding pampering, or as luxurious gifts for the wedding party.”

Like Crocs, UGGs are a somewhat controversial type of footwear – partially because they’re made of sheepskin, and partially because they provide no arch support, but mostly because they’re pretty ugly. Proponents often describe the oversized slippers as ‘like, totally super comfy’, and that’s about it. That’s the only rebuttal UGG lovers have against criticisms of their beloved boots.

Many brides-to-be like to choose one specific pair of shoes that catch their eyes, but they might not seem so appealing after hours standing in a church and some brides may suffer from pain. They tend to be pretty, decorative and affordable but may not be comfortable, depending on the straps and the height of the heel. As such, you should try them out for a few steps when weighing up whether you could wear them all day or not.
